☆ Instruction on the use and conservation of Concrete Shuttering Film Faced Plywood
1.Characteristcs of rinsing moulding board
Can be used repeatedly ;waterproof glue was used in ,which can be used in the inside and outside of the building.

2.The scope of usage
Rinsing moulding board is highly used in the level moulding board shearing force wall bridge dam,tunnel,and girder moulding board etc
3.Saw-cut moulding board
Please use the alloy saw with a diameter of 300mm.and 100 teeth . when use saw margin machine with guide tracks ,you should keep the saw margin straight .keep the rotate speed at 4000 turns per minute。 If need irregular geometry shape you can use the high speed portable electricity saw to cut .For preventing to produce unwanted margin you should fill tight under the board while sawing and drilling
4.Marging-sealing and painting-filling
Rinsing moulding board is sealed margin before entering intio the market.please use waterproof hydroxybenzene aldehyde paint to smear drilling hoesl and sawing margings three times:if find out somewhere nicked or damnifications ,you should mend them with hydroybenzene aldhyde paint
5.The usage of rinsing moulding board
The wood bord pasted to the moulding board should be extended vertically you should maximumly reduce the gap between boards and keep each board level with another .the specification of the wood is 5*10 or 10*10cm the gap should be pasted with glue or sealed with non-dry adhesive tape, in order to prevent the leak of slurry or something like that. Strictly prohibit colliding with hard stuff beating with sticks or dragging steel bar on it
Roof mould :firstly to horizontally extend wood timbers with 1.2m space between two timbers and the viertically extend with 0.4-0.6m space .while the thickness of the concrete is over 200mm the space between two timbers should be shortened
Wall mould : firstly extend three timbers vertically the two timbers horizontally 。leave places to drill wall breechblocks and inclined maintained timbers .If in good situation you can use steel girder to join them , making into a comprehensive wall mould which can be directly hung up to install the board . Both methods can remove and change single moulding board
Girder and pole mould :according dimension to cut the moulding boards and leave holes for wall breechblocks. Pole moulds can be locked up tightly with short scaddolds and then supported by the inclined maintained timbers
6.Surface disposal
Before using moulding boards you should paint the stuff pulling off mould easily on it’s surface in order to pull of from the mould and clean the surface easily which can extend its life and improve the surface quality of the concrete
7.Storage and piling up
When disassembly the mould should be cleaned at once with brushes or plastic woodiness knives etc after cleaned up ,pile them up neatly on the timber on level ground . level space with the ground .leave space with the ground ,in order to keep ventilation ,prevent sunshine or rain directly , and check them regularly

1. MELAMINE + MDF
About the product
Melamine is a thermo-fused panel product. Decorative paper is saturated with melamine resin and partially cured. The paper formation is similar
to that of high pressure laminates. Final curing occurs at the time of hot press lamination. A permanent bond is formed as the resin of the paper flows into the surface of the board.
Features
Highly durable and versatile. Easy to maintain. Cost effective because panels are finished, ready for machining. Less labor than laying up high pressure laminates, yet gives the same appearance. Melamine panels will not de-laminate.

Melamine formaldehyde glues
are not extensively used for plywood gluing but are used where a high-grade bond is required, and where black phenolic glues cannot be tolerated. They are used to fortified urea-formaldehyde glues to increase the weathering resistance of the bond. The largest application of the melamine formaldehyde resin is in the production of decorative overlays.
Urea formaldehyde glues are extensively used for interior and intermediate grade bonding, which covers the majority of hardwood plywood produced. Formulas differ somewhat and can be adapted to meet specific conditions.
WBP glue
Phonic-formaldehyde glues are standard for exterior bonds. With a glue properly formulated for exterior use and suitably employed, no exposure conditions or laboratory testes are known which will degrade hot pressed phenolic glue bonds without destroying the adjacent wood layers. Phenolic glues are also used for impregnating veneers and paper overlays for plywood.

☆ Uses
It is often used for kitchen tops (which are laminated with melamine) and fire doors,mounting, backing, book making, and constructing. a timber substitute in furniture. Flush doors, tabletops, chair seats.?Chipboard with a veneered surface is widely used for flat-pack furniture and work surfaces.

☆ Advantages
Particle board is cheaper, denser and more uniform than conventional wood and plywood and is substituted for them when appearance and strength are less important than cost. However, particle board can be made more attractive by painting or the use of wood veneers that are glued onto surfaces that will be visible. particle board over veneer core plywood is its dimensional consistency and stability.

☆ Disadvantages
All grades of chipboard except the high-density variety tend to soak up water. Once it is water logged, chipboard tends to swell and breakdown. Though it is more dense than conventional wood, it is the lightest and weakest type of fiberboard, except for insulation board. Medium-density fibreboard and hardboard, also called high-density fiberboard, are stronger and denser than particle board. A major disadvantage of particle board is that it is very prone to expansion and discoloration due to moisture, particularly when it is not covered with paint or another sealer. Therefore, it is rarely used outdoors or places that have high levels of moisture, with the exception of some bathrooms, kitchens and laundries, where it is commonly used as an underlayment beneath a continuous sheet of vinyl floor covering. In such an installation the edges must be properly coved upward against the wall and joins and non-coved edges must properly sealed against moisture penetration.
